Refund and Returns Policy
At Auraq Designer Collection, we take immense pride in the quality of our craftsmanship. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:
- The request is made within 7 days of receiving your order.
- The perfume bottle is at least 95% full.
- The product is in its original packaging (box and sleeve).
- You have a valid proof of purchase (Order ID or receipt).
2. Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a bottle that is damaged, leaking, or the wrong fragrance:
- Please take a photo or video of the issue immediately.
- Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 339 9922290) within 24 hours of delivery.
- We will send a replacement at no extra shipping cost to you.
3. Change of Mind / Scent Preference
We understand that choosing a scent online can be tricky.
- If the fragrance isn’t what you expected, you may exchange it for another scent from our collection (e.g., swapping Sapphire for Mystiq).
- In the case of a scent exchange, the customer is responsible for the return shipping charges.
4. Non-Returnable Items
- Items purchased during a “Clearance” or “Flash Sale.”
- Bottles that have been significantly used (more than 5%).
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed via Easypaisa or Bank Transfer within 3–5 business days.
- Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
